Your duties
- Ensuring smooth shift planning and making sure our ten train drivers have all the information they need
- Working closely and cooperatively with all partners in the transport process and independently coordinating arrangements
- Continually identifying new business opportunities in the Berlin/Brandenburg region
- Ensuring compliance with service regulations and work instructions and continuously developing them
- Checking our vehicles and infrastructure and regularly consulting colleagues in the technical department
Your profile
- Specialist knowledge and experience in railway operations, with relevant vocational training
- An ÖBL or ABL qualification is desirable
- Strong assertiveness and leadership skills
- Willingness to take part in the emergency management on-call rota
- Category B driving licence
- Confident communication in German
